WC SERIES WIRE CLAMPS
Used extensively in weld
fixtures and other tooling applications, our wire clamps aid
in loading unwieldy formed parts. The wire clamp utilizes a
single-acting cylinder that allows the operator to
progressively ‘snap’ the wire or small tubing into location.
Placing parts with multiple bends into the fixture quickly
becomes intuitive for the operator, reducing load time and
placement errors. The wire clamps also contain a built-in
ejector finger. They can be operated via a 3-way valve, with
pressure applied to the ‘A’ port for unclamp/eject.
